I went through the sim activation and number port process on November 24th and received an error message. I contacted support the same day and heard nothing back. The port went through today and so I no longer have service with chatr but I also have no service with Public Mobile. I cannot place calls or text as it says I have not subscribed to those features. I pm'd my personal info to a mod a few hours ago but the message has not been read. I have been patient for 2 weeks but now I have no phone service at all.

I'm truly sorry to hear about this,
I was able to look into things and fix it quickly if you try and restart your phone you should see that everything is now functional.
