Issue with buying Sim Card

Hi there, I had an issue with my purchase (internet DCd right when i ordered my Sim card). Just wanted to see if there was a way to check if the order went through as I got charged, and who I would contact for that. Any help is appreciated!

If it had completed properly you would have received a confirmation email. I don't have my email archives with me so I can't see exactly what and when they send something. So probably the above is best.
