Is activate.publicmobile.ca down?

Just got a new SIM card and I need to activate it.

 

https://activate.publicmobile.ca/ keeps timing out for me, across different browsers and devices. Is the website down, and is there an expected time before it's back online?

I think the customer is referring to the activation site not the self serve login. 

 

That said, I’m not able to login to the self serve either.

Thanks for the confirmation! 

 

There must have been something weird going on with my router/wifi. I was able to connect to the website by using a mobile hotspot.

Seems to be working fine on iOS using safari.

@rvoogjarv  No site maintenance at this moment! It works for me!

Try to clear browser's cache, use different browser, use Private / Incognito mode, turn off ad blockers.
