I am preparing to sign up a new customer and need to check to see if this person's Iphone is compatabile with Public Mobile. I have done this before by cllicking on "Check my Phone" but when I click on that option I don't get the option to enter the IME number as was the case when I activated my phone.

Yes for some unknown reason they removed that section.
If the phone is from Canada and is not an antique then it will work.
You can check if it's been blacklisted by going to devicecheck.ca.
