are you sure the number you entered is correct? i seen so many people only put three zeros in instead of 4 which all sim cards have near the beginning.

Check if your Sim is faulty by putting it in another phone. If it works there, then reset your phone to factory settings and then try it as you have already tried restarting it and it didn't work after.

Take Care.

@shaker do as @iliketotalk suggests. When entering your debit/ credit card information:
1. Enter the credit card address exactly as it appears on your statement ( capitalize all if necessary ).
2. Leave the apartment field blank, if applicable enter your apt in the street address field ie xxx - street address.
3. Enter your postal code without spaces ( if there is a space on the credit card statement then enter the first 5 digits only with the space).

Here's 3 articles on activation and porting and the Refer a friend reward  if required:

1. How to activate https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/activation-account-set-up
2. How to port https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/choose-your-phone-number
3.  Refer a friend https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/the-refer-a-friend-reward

Welcome to PM. Stay safe.

Sam,

where did you buy your SIM card? If you got it from Public Mobile you can reach out to the moderators after you have tried it processing it on incognito, clearing your history etc. What everyone else has already stated. Also, make sure that you are putting the numbers in correctly, sometimes a slight miss type can be the difference. If you need to contact the moderators you can contact them directly through this link but know they will take longer then if you went through SIMon and opened a ticket.

@agostinosa

First, check if your credit card was charged.  If charged, then try the SIM card in your phone.

If not charged, try again, but might want to give some time in between activation attempts.  Website can be finicky.  Trying a different web browser, clearing cache or incognito mode.  Chrome incognito seems to work well with this site.

I suggest trying one or two sim cards in the phone, active or not, to see if the phone detects the sim cards. If it does, you should try a new Public Mobile sim card. If it doesn't, the phone will need to be serviced. Unfortunately, the sim reader is soldered to the phone's motherboard.

Please let us know the results of any testing you are able to perform.

Thank you.
