Invalid SIM#?

I've copied the number on my SIM card to a tee and it still says it is invalid. Am I doing something wrong?

Changed browsers, cleared cache, waited hours.. don't know what to do now. Please help!

Someone could have activated it amd complained it didn't work. Instead of throwing it out, they might have sold to you by mistake.

@Contrivance  Was this a new PM sim card or a previously activated one? PM does not allow you to use previously activated sims.

 

Did you try using the browser in privacy/incognito mode? If yes, then message the moderator and give them the sim# and your email account you used to activate.

 

To contact Public Mobile click here. The link  sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.

Moderators are available: M-F from 8 AM to midnight Eastern time and S-S from 8 AM to 10 PM Eastern time.

Did your SIM card purchase from retailer or PM on line ? If from retailer then go back to retailer for new one. If from PM on line then contact moderator team and ask them sent you new one:

You've done all the things I would recommend so I think you will have to message a Moderator. Click on new message and address it to: Moderator_Team
