Invalid SIM

I tried to activate my sim card, but I got an error message as I was about to make a payment at the end. I tried to do it all over again from the beginning, but I keep getting 'invalid sim' message, and can't even register my sim card.

Did you enter your payment info or you got an error before entering?

First, find out you didn't get charged. If you did, try the sim in your phone.

If you didn't, try activating using another browser like chrome or firefox. If you tried both then, use private/incognito mode.
