Hello, I am in Canada and when I'm going to input my 19 digit SIM card number, it is coming up as invalid. I've checked and double checked, and re-typed it in, but nothing seems to be working. Has any one else had this issue? How can I fix it? Thanks!

This solution saved my sanity today during account creation, trying to activate my new SIM. IE for the win!

Had the same problem . I was trying to run the activation in chrome incognito.
1. Open Microsoft explorer
2. Copy all info from chrome (if you still have the window open you can use hotkeys) cntl-c and cntl-v.
3. Proceed with activation once all info entered.
4. Wait and don't click away, mine took 2 mins to load to the next step.
5. Follow rest of the steps.

This happened to me when my season expired and the sim was locked in
Did it ever check off right?
Take a picture of it and contact moderators they should be able to help
Where did you get the sim from?

Is the SIM card brand new, never been used before? You can't reused previous used SIM cards.
Website can be finicky. Try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode.
