I'm trying to call Poland and I keep getting a message that I don't have enough minutes but I have 280min left

It's not a connectivity issue I just keep getting a message that I don't have sufficient funds to make the call when clearly I do

didn't work, I talked to customer support and they said that the add on is active and they're not seeing any errors. I have gotten through a couple times but when I call back to make sure it's working I get the same message saying I have insufficient funds to make the call

or can you try manually selecting network "3G ONLY" or WCDMA only,

and do Rebooting your phone 

This is quick and simple,

 

*what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again.

@Mikolaj...try cycling Airplane Mode ON / OFF...see if that helps and let us know please.

It worked after taking the sim out, there was no answer so I called back and then got the same message that I've been getting all day saying I have insufficient funds to make this call

Local calls work and when I check m account it says 280min left

I'm going to try customer service

@Mikolaj Have you taken the SIM out and wait 30 secs, and then put it in back? 

@Mikolaj  your local calls are ok?  just want to confirm if your account is active

 

And you logon to My Account and it shows clearly you have 280 mins left?

 

 

You have a second phone around?  Maybe try the SIM on the second phone and see .

I bought the 300min international calling, It's worked great until today

yes, made many calls and never had an issue until today

Did you actually buy international calling add-on minutes or you are referring for 280 minutes for some other add-on (Canada Wide minutes, etc.)?

did you use this pattern to call?  011 48 and then area code and the number?

eg. 011 48 60 xxx xxxx

If your just activate your PM SIM card and new to PM.

Try rebooting the phone by powering off and wait a few minutes then power it back on again.

If this fails, please contact a PM CS Agent by clicking on the SIMon chat button and type in Create a Ticket so the agent can review your issue.

Were you able to call Poland before?  

The international long distance add on does include Poland:

Included countries: Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France,Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Venezuela

 

 

Maybe reboot your phone. 

Network reset of the phone.

 

Could also try a different Poland phone number.
