Incomplete port from Fido and Koodo

I signed my parents up for the promo plan on Nov 18 but it's been 10 days and neither of their numbers have been successfully ported so we're stuck paying 4 plans & having to use dual sims.(as outgoing calls seem to go on 1 sim, incoming come from the other sim) I've messaged @Shazia_K but the messages have not yet been read. 

 

I knew porting from Koodo would require some time, but I didn't expect Fido to have issues as well. I personally ported from Wind without trouble. This is frustrating.. I understand there is a backlog, but I'd like to know if there's any time estimate for when my PMs will be read.

Thanks! @Shazia_Kreplied to me last week and fixed one account but I've yet to hear back again. Nearly there!

It's my understanding the "read receipt" functionality of PMs is buggy in that it never changes.  Your PM may have been read but the status hasn't changed.  Many of us are in the same boat, good luck!
