Incoming calls going direct to voicemail

Can a mod assist me in rectifying this issue?

I purchased 2 sim cards and both are not working

They show they have public mobile service but when I call they both go direct to voicemail

Phone number was tranferred over 24 hours ago

Things that did not solve:

1) restart

2) airplane and dnd on and off

Hello @faleboyeh ,

2 lines are curious here. Did you port both phone numbers over?

Try a Reset of your Network Settings.

Cell numbers should only take 2-3 hours to complete.

Landlines and voip are usually longer, can take around 7 days, but hopefully less.

Do not cancel you previous provider's services until port/transfer is complete.

FYI - incoming calls are usually the last to port over.

Reach out to the Moderator team here in order to transfer your existing number to Public Mobile.

@faleboyeh just want to confirm they are going to your Public Mobile Voicemail or voicemail from your old provider?

Also, you have already replied the SMS from your old provide with a YES?

@faleboyeh

Are you able to receive texts?  What about data?  Able to call out or text out?

It might be a stuck port.  Did you port from a mobile line, VOIP or landline?  For a stuck port, you should be able to text and dial out, but unable to receive texts or calls.
