Incoming callls

How long does it take to receive incoming calls and text messages after the number is ported?  Outgoing calls work fine.

The actual port itself is very quick (assuming no errors in account number etc) IF it is a cellular to cellular port (30 mins should be plenty)

Landlines take days and VOIP often take weeks to complete

Some phones require rebooting or airplane mode before SIM is refreshed

Also note many times leaving your old phone (other carrier) on network can make process take longer

It is usually very fast if you are porting from another cellular provider. Anywhere from 10 minutes to 4 hours. If it had been longer you should contact the moderators. Who are you porting in from

Did you just port over a mobile number?  It can take up to about 4-6hrs for everything to complete.  If it has been longer than that, you may have an incomplete port, in which case you should contact the Moderator Team.
