I know sometimes that that the ticketing process does not work ideally.  However, an existing customer should first trying going throuhgh SIMon. @Jporietis , this is done by gone to https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat and typing in "port request".  This will be faster for no reason other than the fact that you will be able to skip one round of back and forth message between yourself and the moderator to verify that you are the account owner. Also, messages sent by using the above private messaging link are sorted and handled at a lower prirority rating.

@Jporietis  If you are currently activating your card just select a temp number from the pool. Once you have completed the activation then you can deal with porting your number over.
