I have sent out 0 texts & was charge for 8 why was I charge 0 extra texts to my account

I have only sent out 0 texts & was charge for 8 why was I charge 5 extra texts to my account

This happened to me when I signed up 2 weeks.  I have a iphone 6.  I got charged 10 outgoing texts within the first few hours.  You can PM one of the moderator and the moderator did credit me the extra 10 texts.  Please see following thread in the past:
