Context of topic must be lost as it looks like @Mls removed the info from their original post? The way this looks to me I interpret it as they have just signed up on the community and are wondering what to do next, maybe to earn Community Rewards?

Did you receive your PM welcome email @Mls? Turn your phone off, stick your PM SIM into it and restart it. It should work as long as you didn't port your number. If it doesn't let us know. Thanks.
You can also log into and familiarize yourself with your self service account.
