I ordered only one SIM card and paid for one.

But I got two SIM cards. How should I do?

During this promotion, all customers who placed a SIM card order received one free SIM card. It would have been automatically added to your online shopping cart during the checkout process.  You should have also received an e-mail message from Public Mobile explaining this.

Esjliv, I hadn't thought about holding onto the extra SIM card in case of damage/loss to the original. Good point. Thanks for that

Hello @jyang192 ,

The extra SIM will not expire.

It is always good to have an extra on hand for a few reasons: lost phone, damaged SIM, refer a friend....

There was a special promotion from PM for a free 2nd SIM card.  Just keep it for now.  If  you need it in the future, you can use it.  Or give it to a friend to get a friend referral credit.

Hello jhang172. The 2nd card is for you to pass on to a friend. If they sign up, you get a credit from PM. I had a different situation when I signed on. I was informed I'd get two cards, but only received one!
