I need help and I am getting frustrated as its been over 3 days of troubles I am having just trying to get my sim card to work.

One moderator told me my account was set up with auto pay and gave me the last 4 digits of the card its set up too which does not match a card I own, Im extremly annoyed
Did you activate your sim online or in store? If in store, you may still have to register for a self serve account.
It also kept giving me an error while i tried to set up the account about how it was not able to accept my credit card at that time, but now today i cant even try again because the sim card is not available now
I tried to activate it online but it was not working, but now that the sim card when I try to activate again says its unavailable makes me think it is but I dont know how to tell
In order to change the sim card number, if that is the issue, you have to get into self serve to do that. However, once you get in, clearing your cache and opening your browser in incognito mode will get rid of some of those types of errors.
