Hello @Dicko6811  in your subject line you have pin(s) plural, so I will guess you may be talking about Account and Voicemail pins....if not, than you have this info. anyways. 🙂

Your Account (4 digits) PIN is different from your Voicemail  (4-15 digits) PIN.

Your Account PIN is set up when you activate with Public Mobile; only Customer Support Agents (CSA) can change it for you once it is created.

You can change your Voicemail PIN (password) using Self-Serve or by dialing into voicemail.

Log in to Self-Serve here, then click on ‘Reset Voicemail Password’ under My Profile, on the Overview tab. From voicemail, follow these steps:

  1. Attempt to dial into your voicemail with a password you remember.
  2. After two incorrect attempts, the system will ask you if you want a temporary password: press ‘*’ and then ‘1’ to request it.
  3. Check your text messages. You should receive a temporary password in a few minutes.
  4. Once you have your temporary password, use it to access your voicemail, and follow the prompts to create a new password.

@Dicko6811

You will need to verify you are the account holder thru Simple--Simon or if you send a private message by supplying the following info:

  1. Full name and address on the account.
  2. Phone #, email and account pin #.

Changing your email, 4 digit account pin #, or sim card.( if you cannot recieve the verification code) can only be done by a CSA after answering additional verification questions such as:

  • Account #.
  • Autopay card. Type, expiry, last 4 digits.
  • Last payment. Type, amount, date paid, last 4 digits.
  • Plan amount, add ons, date purchased.
  • Date of birth.
  • Rewards if any.
  • Frequently called/texted numbers. Last number called/received/texted.
  • Activation date, original plan amount, payment type.

If you answer 3 out of the 4 additional questions the CSA asks of you they will then allow you to change your account pin #. Write it down somewhere safe in case you forget it or hide it as a phone number in your contacts. ie. Aunt Pam 1 613 876 XXXX. Easy access but oblivious for most but yourself.

@Dicko6811 To change the account PIN, you have to ask a CSA. Use the chat bubble and open a ticket.
