Hi would anyone know the best network settings for a samsung
galaxy S4 (SGH-M919) and a Galaxy S7 (SMG-930A).
Phone checker says both should be fine.
The S7 is spotty and the S4 doesn't seem to have data at all
but it is working with my Chatr line.
Also tried walking outside but no luck at all with S4

@popping possible!
@token you might need to set the CSC on either/both phone to Telus or Koodo to get it working properly. I'm not an expert on doing this as I'm not a Samsung phone guy. Maybe someone will reply here with more details. If not, try searching the community for CSC.
EDIT: try this thread maybe? https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Phones-Hardware/Samsung-Galaxy-S4-No-LTE/m-p/128426#M... and this one? https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Phones-Hardware/Public-Mobile-has-their-own-CSC-code-...

If resetting your network settings and verifying your APN settings, as suggested by @ChuckYeah, doesn't work...something might've gone wrong when activating your SIM, especially with your S4—if it works with Chatr but not PM I think it's not a settings thing. (has it worked before with PM but then stopped, or is it newly activated and never worked?)
If something went wrong, the Mods might be able to fix it for you. Submit a ticket through SIMon by clicking the question mark thing at the bottom right. It can take anywhere from a couple hours to a couple days for a response.
Good luck! Hope you get it sorted!

APN may still point to Chatr.
Enable data on you S4 and restart your phone to get PM SIM card to configure your APN automatically. If not, you may need to set up your APN manually with @ChuckYeah info.

Try resetting the network settings with data enabled and reboot the phone. Check your APN settings as well.
