I have transfered a number from koodo to PM yesterday.  but  both the old number and transfer number has been  not working from yesterday.   I sent a msg to  Moderator_Team yesterday, no reply until now.  How soon will they reply and fix my  phone problem ?

Sorry, it's a waiting game testing your patience. 🙏

Meanwhile, if you need to make phone calls try an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi (or on cellular data).

Hang in there.

@markch

Unfortunately, it can even be longer.  The moderators are finished work for today 9 PM EST, so hopefully, by tomorrow morning sometime.....  It can be definitely frustrating.....

There is no contact number. If you need help from the Mods you have to PM them. I am sure the volume is quite high and they are working through any PMs they may get. I would just wait for a reply. The wireless sales associate advised me it's only online support. No contact number to reach them.

If you need to contact a Moderator, then yes, a private message is the only way to contact them.

The current wait time as of last week was about 48 hours - but I sense things have calmed down a bit so wait time may have improved.

What steps have you done to try and trouble shoot your problem?

by the way,  is this the only way to get help ?
