Haven't received 1 GB for signing up

I ensured that I fulfilled the requirements listed on your webpage to receive a free 1GB data bump up. Now it appears that I am being charged $15.00 for what was offered on the webpage as a free bonus for signing up (and one of the reasons that I signed up for publicmobile). What is going on?

@Rob_49 , credits are never assigned right away.  They take time to appear in your account.  You always pay full price for the first month.
