Hi.

I'm new here so please put me in the right direction. I got a message on my alternate number from someone on the PM team saying that the line I activated yesterday was not ported and I need to contact a moderator to get assistance. 

To add to the issue I will loose the phone number after today so I don't have much time to get it resolved. 

Can someone please let me know how I can get some assistance to have it resolved in the next hour or so.

watch the little envelope icon on top right side of the page. When the moderator responds to your message, that envelop icon will be highlighted.

Moderator Hours Of Operation When Are Moderators Available And How Long Till I Get A Response?

During business hours, we strive to answer customer messages swiftly. You will often get an answer within an hour. During peak periods, you may need to wait up to 48 hours.Moderators are available:

  • Monday to Friday from 8 AM to midnight Eastern time.
  • Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 10 PM Eastern time.

I sent a message to Moderator_team but haven't hear from anyone as yet. I'll give it a bit more time and then try messaging an individual moderator as you suggested.

So that you don’t lose your number after today, in addition to the links provided by @esjliv and @gpixel you may want to go to the Community main page and message moderators online at the moment. They will say MOD Moderator beside their name.
