Generic error when trying to register new account

Tried twice to "active sim" and get "generic error" when done filling in all the info. Finished all steps all the way to "activate". 

 

Worse, it will not save my login and password and all the info I entered (twice... so annoying).

 

Not sure what to do now since there is no one to contact.

I had the similar problem when working with chrome. Firefox works fine.

After you get it activated, check your bank statement to make sure you do not have multiple charges. I had a failed activation but was charged for it and the actual activation. If it happens, contact the Moderators to get it corrected.

I have used Firefox and Safari with some success in past.  Or try Chrome in incognito mode (or clearing cache).

What browser works for you? I was using chrome.

Sorry to hear about your troubles.

 

The website can be finicky at times.  You may need to try another web browser, clearing cache or going in privacy/incognito mode.  Might also need to take a break and wait one hour to try again.  I know that it is frustrating, but others have experienced the same thing as yourself.
