Error while creating account, can't create, can't set password

There was an error when creating my account, a second attempt told me an account already existed for that phone number. When I try to use the "forgot password" link, it says "Sorry, we’re unable to verify your email address".

 

Any ideas how I can gain access to my account again?

No, it hasn't started working yet, so maybe some process is not complete? The main reason I wanted to get in was to see if the account was set up correctly.

Keep an eye on the envelope tòp right of your screen.  The mods answer will show up there.
