Error 812 when trying to activate my SIM Card

I made the payment and selected my phone number and the payment was taken but I received a Error code # 812. 
I opened a ticket 2 days ago and haven't heard back. 

What is that error number about?

You can also inquire with the Moderators. If you paid you should have service if you have a compatible phone.

Ok I'll try but am I going to have to do the whole process again? I already made a payment.

No can't login and the number is not in service

@Lydiaa check your private message inbox. moderators have most likely responded to your ticket already. this error most likely failed to create a self serve account. if you cannot login to your self serve then you will need to ask mods to fix it for you. don't put this off as the self serve account is very important

The key question is, do you have active, working services?

 

If you do, don't worry about any error codes.

I think error 821 is a hardware problem with your computer. 
Try using a different computer and see if the same error shows up.

@Lydiaa , If it has been 2 days since you created a ticket, and you have not heard back from any Moderator, I would send in another ticket.

 

Do you have ANY services?

 

Try one or more of the below:

*turn off your phone, leave off for a minutes, then reboot

*removing your SIM for a few minutes, then reinserting it

*go into airplane mode for a few minutes, then going back to regular mode

*reboot your phone again
