This thread is about a top up voucher.  There isn't any way for a customer to reset a top up voucher PIN.  In the message previous to yours, you will also see that the customer has already contacted moderators.

one option if urgent buy a voucher from recharge.com and use that while your voucher is investigated.

My voucher finish today so i buy a new nip to top up

I just buy the voucher today and when i dial 611 it say my service has been temperaly suspend i put the nip but it keep saying it cannot process it

Or you can try that...if you have self-serve working for your account.

First look to see if it says your service is active or suspended.

If so go in there and do this lost/stolen trick:

Log in to self-serve. Plan & Add-Ons from top menu. Lost/Stolen Phone from next menu. Suspend Service button. Log out. Wait a few minutes. Log back in and back to Lost/Stolen Phone and Resume Service this time. Log out. Restart phone.
See what happens.

I buy a payment voucher and when I enter the nip it said  cannot process my request 

It would be unusual for vouchers to fail.  Just to be sure we've covered possibly simple explanations:

1. Are you sure the vouchers didn't actually make it into your account balance already and you've simply been mislead by a glitchy browser?  You can verify by looking at your account payment/transaction history, where it will have separate entries matching the exact amount of your voucher.

2. Are you sure you are entering the right PIN codes/have the proper vouchers?  Public Mobile vouchers have PIN codes that are exactly 12 digits long.

are you using a voucher?

 

try calling 611 and entering it from there
