I failed to send a SMS to China, it starts with 177 number.
However, I can manage to send SMS to the US number.
I wonder whether international SMS includes china or not.

It's one or the other
011
or
+
Can you test with another provider to try to text the party in China? Or use a wifi texting app while connected to a North American network (no vpn). Or even another texting app for the OS you're using.

@alexintel If you signed up for a texting plan, you can send to anywhere (globally). If you don't have a texting plan, you won't be charged for trying to send a text. You can try +011 first then the number you want ot text in another country.

I would think Public Mobile doesn't need to be responsible for knowing what jurisdictions may not welcome foreign inbound texts.

@alexintel hi according to the help section yes but certain areas have systems that block or are not compatible

Hi, it should be the same number used for calling.
Have you tried texting to "011" + "86" (country code) + area code + number?
