don't activate, the account will automatically get canceled.. 

The duplicate threads have been moved/removed.

 

A note to everyone:  When there are accidently created duplicate or similar threads, please refrain from postiing in each one.

@judejscott   You don't really need to delete your account.

 

If you have ported your number away, your My Account will be closed and will no longer be able to logon

 

You can also choose to disable Autopay, remove all credit card info.  At the end of an cycle, PM will try to charge your renewal but unable to do so.  Your account will be suspended for 90 days and closed after.

Choices to cancel PM service:
1. Quick and keeping your phone number
Remove autopay credit card info to stop autopay and port your number to another provider. Your account will be canceled right away.
2. Slow and not keeping your phone number.
Remove autopay credit card info to stop autopay. Your account will be suspended without payment at your next renewal date. 90 days after suspension, your account will be cancel. You have 90 days to change your mind by paying and reactivate your account.
3. Make money and not keeping your phone number
If you have a plan with high demand, you can let someone to take over your plan. Your phone number will go with the plan to the new owner.

Are you looking to delete your Community or your Phone Service account?  A CS Agent (staff) can assist you with that, but is there anything (else) we can assist with here?

 

Your phone service account will automatically get closed either by transferring/porting your phone number out, or after non-payment (account suspended, then closed after  the 90-day grace period).

if you transfer your phone number to another company, you need to remove Autopay from your account PM and your account will be automatically closed...

Reactivate A Suspended Plan

Missed a payment? After your plan expires, all you need to do is top-up your balance to keep the current plan going. You have up to 90 days to make a payment and, after doing so, your payment cycle will restart and your service will resume.After 90 days of non-payment, your account will be permanently deactivated, which means you will:

  • Lose access to your phone number, and won’t be able to transfer it to a new provider in the future.
  • Need a new Public Mobile SIM card if you decide to activate a new Public Mobile account.
