@Xperia is this a new activation and you haven't gotten data working at all yet?  If so, what is your phone's brand and model?  OR: are you an existing customer and data just stopped suddenly?

Check your self serve account if no amount is showing then you have depleted your data.  In that case you would either have to buy a data add-on or wait until your next renewal date.

Do the simple thing first.  Enable data.  Restart you phone with your PM SIM card installed.  This will initialize your APN setting automatically.

 

If data still not working, manually change to APN setting.

@XperiaPublic Mobile doens't have a tech support department. Can you elaborate what isues you are having? Have you logged into your selfserve account see if you have any data left? Have you turned on data for your phone?
