Hi,
The Data on my Phone isn’t activated for some reason. I have the $40 plan which comes with 4.5 GB of data, but the data isn’t activated despite the phone being activated. Please help.

@prathibha If you need factory reset, back up everything. The factory reset will erase everything.

@prathibha If you can't connect to the internet, send or receive email and/or messages (text, picture or video), try resetting the network settings:
If you data is still not working then you need to do a factory reset to get it to work.

For LG G4, network reset reset is needed after switching provider before data working again.

LG phones often need a factory reset to work.
You could also check the APN Settings to make sure it is correct.

Do you have the data usage line on your overview page after login?
If no, you have used all your data.

You might want to try the following:
a network reset on your phone.
reboot phone
toggle airplane mode on, then off.

Enable data and restart your phone may configure your APN setting correctly.
Which phone are you using?
