Data not working

Reneelynn12

I recently switched my phone and my data hasn't been working. I still have over a GB left and the data is turned on in my settings. I have also tried a power cycle. No luck. Any solutions.

Are you changing to a LG phone?

After changing provider, you need to do network reset on LG phone before your data working again.  Make sure to restart your phone after network reset.

If the APN is not setup correctly after phone restart, you need to setup APN manually as above.
