Data not working, can't send MMS

I changed the access point, I do have data available, but I can't send a picture text.

Yes, my wifi is off, and data enabled.

@Stacey9  can you post a screenshot of your apn settings?

I don't have an option to fill in the bottom 2 though.

@Stacey9   Found the following to give a try, in order:

1. restart phone

2. set correct APN settings

3. turn cell data on

4. test recipient has cell data on

5. network reset

6. factory reset (LAST RESORT)
