My data was working until I bought a new phone now it won't connect, it's a lg g6 I've ever added public mobile to my access point names but no luck now I'm wondering if I used up all my data ,how can I tell if my data has ran out?

@michellelove721Did you check your self-serve account and confirm you still have data left?

There is a glitch with LG phones not connecting to data networks correctly.
I’ve seen the same problem occur with family member’s LGs as well.
Try the troubleshooting located here: https://thecellguide.com/how-to-fix-mobile-data-lg-g6-3686 .
Also try changing the APN settings to the following:
Name: Mobile Internet
APN: sp.mb.com
Proxy: Unspecified
Port: Unspecified
Username: Unspecified
Password: Unspecified
Server: Unspecified
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: 74.49.0.18
MMS port: 80
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
Authentication type: Unspecified
* APN type: default,mms
* APN roaming Protocol: IPv4
Bearer: Unspecified
MVNO type: GID
MVNO value: 4D4F
Did you buy this phone new or used? In some cases, a factory reset is required to fix this issue.
Please try the troubleshooting options above, and look at some of the forum articles regarding this issue and let me know if it works 🙂

@michellelove721Login to your account, look under Account Status and click View Usage.Not sure if you can track the actual usage.Best to use a 3rd party app for data tracking like my data manager .

@michellelove721, check the overview page in My Account. If you do not see your data usage, that means you've consumed it all.
If you still see usage (x/data_amount) used... there's something else wrong.
