Data and Phone Time is not being reset on my plan

Please help...

I have the $15 a month plan that includes some data and 100 minutes on the phone.

My kids have this plan as well.

The phone minutes and the data have not been reset???

It should every month so I am not sure why it is not.

Please help!!!

@Nicole4  if data is not being reset you need to submit a ticket to PM. As for the time check your phone and majkr  havesure you haven't set you time manually.

 

To submit a ticket to Public Mobile do the following: PMST.png

Check your usage history to make sure that your minutes or data have not been reset with most recent renewal.  It sometimes happens.  

 

If it failed to reset, you will need to contact moderator.  Click on the quesiton mark on the right lower corner of website to start the ticketing process to get moderator help.

Has the plan just renewed?  Is the phone working now?  Did your account get debited for the monthly payment?

When you log into your account when is the renewal date ?  It is based on a 30 day cycle.
