Hello, I'm having problems making a new account.
As I follow the "New Account" tab, it asks me for my phone number which prompts me
"The phone number entered is invalid or you may have created your profile already. If you've forgotten your password, please click here."
It then opens a new window and asks for an email verification which I get
"Sorry, we’re unable to verify your email address."
I'm a new customer hoping to port out from Fido into PM.

The phone number that it is asking for is a PM phone number, not your existing phone number.
