I signed up with public mobile a month before moving to Europe, expecting to be able to change my account to the cheapest possible plan for the purpose of retaining my phone number in Canada to use when I return. I didn't create an online account before I moved, and the only way to create an account is to enter a code that is sent by text message. There is no service where I am, so there is absolutely no way to receive a text message, and I am being charged for an expensive plan that I am not using. How can I change my plan??

@JVN If the mods are unable to help, you could resolve the problem by sending your PM SIM to someone trusted to manage the account for you.
The mods will likely need the SIM number so, to be ready, get it out of the phone and write it down somewhere.

@JVN Best option for you is to send a private message to the Moderator_Team and they will create an account for you.
