Hello @sbnahar ,
If you were charged, then try:
*rebooting your phone
*removing your SIM for a few minutes, then reinserting it
*go into airplane mode for a few minutes, then going back to regular mode
*reboot your phone again
See if you have all services after this?
If you just ported your phone number from another cell provider it could take a few hours to complete the port. Using the other cell provider's SIM you should be still receiving calls on it, until the port completes.
*Incoming calls are usually the last to port.
If you ported from a landline it could take up to 7 days to complete.
Make sure you do not cancel your previous provider's services until the port is complete.

Hi @sbnahar and welcome to pm
Your sim was activated.
Your selfserve probably failed to create, this is why it failed.
Try using sim
If it works, then register your selfserve https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
If you can't for some reason or if your sim is not working then contact mods https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

@sbnahar You are asking for problems by posting the SIM number on a public forum. Click 3 dots top right of your message, select Edit and remove the info.
Have you tried the Sim in your phone? Sometimes once the card is charged, your service will work. Alternatively contact a moderator for help. You can contact the mods through direct messaging at the following link;

You should receive a reply within 48 hours though typically they are much faster. Watch the envelope icon top right for a reply.
