I've been with Public for a while, no change in phones just the plan recently.
I'm getting this error when trying to make calls and my texting doesn't work.
Please help?!

@bziegler, when you look at the notification area on your phone, do you see a cellular connection with signal strength bars? You might have to go into the network settings and do a manual search for mobile networks or ideally select the auto connection feature.

Have you attempted to power off, and turn it back on? As strange as it sounds, this fixes a lot of issues.
Is your plan listed as active in self-serve (MyAccount)?

@bziegler, what plan did you change too? Did you use the plan builder and maybe miss an option or two, or did you pick a data only ready-made plan?
