No other issues just cant receive calls or texts. Incoming works fine. Issue started yesterday.

Putting your SIM in another phone will trigger some kind of provision on the backend and helps in some situation.. definitely helped yours

Just removed sim card and inserted into another cell. All my messages/voicemails came through. Reinserted back into my cell and all is good now.

@Ron1960   Just to confirm, you did not just activate your account, right?

 

try to reseat your SIM, power down the phone, then pull the SIM out for a minute before you put it back and power on the phone.

try to update your device,

and go sign in to Self-Serve, to review your account,Status Active or !!

 

if you can't fix it you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agentand Explain your issue to

Nothing new with account, been with PM for years. I've tried airplane mode, restart, powered off all night, cleaned sd card.

are you getting new number or you did porting your old number to public mobile..

you can try reseat the SIM card and Make sure your phone is off before removing your SIM card,

1. power off your device

2. take out the SIM card,

3. waiting a 1 minute,

4. put it back and power on,

5. toggling airplane mode off/on,  

 

and you can try to reset network settings and Changing APN Settings,
