Trying to activate a new number for my brother and the city dropdown is blank and an error displays on the screen. Cant get past this screen. Is this a known issue?

@terryallen23 , if you cannot get pull down menus to work, that is a sign of the activation portal not playing nice with the browser. Do the cache clearing or incognito mode as suggested.

No...i indicated was activating a new number and the drop down to select a city isnt working.

@terryallen23 , the activation portal can sometimes be finicky. Often clearing browser cache or using incognito mode will help. Or try a different browser. There is a chance that a SIM card is session locked and require a one hour wait time to clear.
