Cannot do searches on phone

My account states I have $70 available funds plan says 1gb At 3G speed 

I have shut down the iPhone and restarted

APN says sp.mb.com

username and password are blank 

Even removed the SIM card and reinstalled

And if what @darlicious  typed above doesn't work, leave those last two lines blank, because it didn't work for me when I used those values for the last two lines.

@manofsteel Did you verify you have data available to use? Check on the Overview page in your self-serve account. It should be listed in the add-on section. If its not there, then that means you have used up all of 1GB of data.
