Hi @Naiyam 

1. Open Phone app.
2. Type *#*#4636#*#*.
3. Tap Phone information.
4. Scroll down to SMSC.
5. Tap Refresh to get the current number and the format it uses. If Refresh error or Update error appears, contact your network operator.
6. Enter the relevant SMSC number in the input field using the correct format, then tap Update.

More details are needed.  Your topic was attached to an older thread.  What about calling or data?  New customer versus old?  Activated a new number or ported over?  Which model phone?  

Maybe try rebooting phone.  Network reset.
