Please help I’ve tried resetting my password and it still won’t let me into my account ! @CS_Agent

It’s the self serve I can’t get into I have zero problems with the community log in

@meagankinney12, the Self-Serve and Community logins are 2 separate accounts.

If you want to reset the Public Mobile Self-Serve account, you should do so here https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/

I’ve had an account for almost 8 months and this just happened last month it lets me reset my password but then tells me I have the wrong password after I just reset it

@meagankinney12  Did you activate your sim online or at a store location? Did you ever setup a selfserve account? If no, then you can try self register your account:
