Can’t access account

I have a Public Mobile phone number and it works fine. However, I can’t log into my account to check it because I get a message saying Public Mobile doesn’t  recognize my email address.  However, I have received emails from Public Mobile  at that very email address recognizing me as an account holder!  What should I do?
