Can't Reset Email

I need a moderator to help me reset my email so I can access my account.

I do not receive the emails to reset.

@Moderator_Team please help

@SilvaDave  Check you junk folder. Also make sure your browser has JavaScript and Cookies enabled.

@SilvaDave , the password reset doesn't seem to work for everyone.  As suggested, you need to private message the moderator team to do password reset.  I don't think you need an email reset.  But if you do want to change the email, that is also possible through the moderator team.

Hi as mentioned by the community members, you cannot contact the moderators from here 

You should try the link mentioned and if that does not work then click on the message icon -> new message -> send to -> moderator_team

@SilvaDaveCan you check if your account is still active? or your phone has service eg what if you dial your voice mail or 611? If your account lapses more than 90 days it is no longer in the system, but you could get into a loop.
