Hi, 

I recently bought a sim card from Amazon, but the step 1 of the online activation is failing, it says Invalid SIM. Can someone check if this is infact a valid SIM? I just want to get my phone up and running with this SIM card soon 🙂

 @DavidArppe  please wait 50 minutes, clear your browser history, go to incognito/ private mode,  turn off add block and try to enter your 19 digit SIM again. Here's a link on how to activate https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Knowledge-Base/How-to-Activate/ta-p/251824

Did you pass the step for making a payment? If so , check if you were charged on your credit card

 

If not the system locks sim for 50 minutes... please wait an hour clear your history /cookie cache and try again in incognito mode after an hour.
