Can send texts and phone calls but can't receive them

Hi there,

I just switched to Public Mobile from Rogers about 2 weeks ago. I just found out that I am not receiving text messages or phone calls since. I can make phone calls and my texts go through, I just can't receive anything

 

How can I fix this? Is my number ported incorrectly?

You are correct.  Your port is likely stuck.  If you have your Rogers SIM card, it should still be working.

As stated above, you will need to contact moderator to fix the port.
