Can not receive text verification to phone to set up self serve option

HAve tried various time to set up selfseve on my sons sphone. But we can not see the text veaifaction cde to be sent. He can send and recieve texts. I need to change the credit card on his auto pay. 

 

We have tried 5 different time and still no text was sent

@tbjbz5  Make sure your son hasn't blocked PM accidently 

 


@tbjbz5  Try searching your 611 texting history to see if you missed it. Could possibly be under 100 as well.

No he has had this phone for a few mony\ths already with PM. I just need to getin and change payment information

@tbjbz5 You can try putting back the old SIM card from previous carrier if you are waiting for porting the old phone number.

You may have to contact moderators

 

What kind of phone is he using?

Is it a native messenger?

 

Did you try maybe with another phoneset?
