Hello,
I cant activae my sim card. Error message is "Contact public mobile customer support".
How to contact customer support?

Here's what you could tell Simon.
sim card won't activate
Click trouble shoot
Click Other
Click Still not working

In the meantime, try clearing your cache and switching into incognito mode and try again.
If you send a ticket and then try again you may have a whole different experience.

@hegde62You would need to click on the ? on the lower right hand corner. Chat with SIMon the bot for a while, once you have decided it knows enough, type submit ticket and a ticket to the moderators will be generated for you.

Explain your issue to SIMON, seen below:
Use as few words as possible to allow the BOT to understand. Answer his questions until you get here:
Click on "Submit a ticket" and the Moderator team will respond to your concern within 48 hours. May take longer, but the promise of the new Ticketing System was that it will reduce these wait times.

@hegde62 You click on the "Question Mark" and select getting a ticket and the moderator will then reply to your question within 2 days.
