Calls not coming through

Friends family and work have tried  to get through and can't at different timesI have tried the bot help and it told me to leave a msg here and a tech would get ahold of me , Thanks no other replies needed except actual techs from public thanks.

If you want only Public Mobile replies, this is wrong place. Moderators rarely reply here and techs never. You need to submit a ticket.

Techs don't communicate on this public forum. 

 

You will need to contact moderator.

Click on the right lower quesiton mark on this web page.  Start the ticketing process to get moderator/tech help.

Your best bet is to reach out to moderators

What is the status of your account when you log in to self-serve?

What plan are you on, do you still have minutes left?

Are the callers directed to voicemail or do they hear an error message?

Do you work/live/spend time in signal dead zones with say metal roof. Did you change your phone recently how is your signal?
